What this connector does
The connector lets a tenant admin select the Google Analytics 4 property and Google Search Console site that belong to that tenant's public website. Mozart then uses the approved read-only grant to verify the connection and ingest bounded aggregate reporting data for Mozart's website reporting experiences.
The connector is not required to use Mozart. It is available only when a tenant chooses to connect its own Google resources.
Google permissions requested
Mozart requests only these two read-only Google permissions:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonlyhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly
Mozart does not request Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Contacts, Google Ads management, or any write scope for this feature.
Data Mozart uses
Google Search Console
Mozart uses site identifiers, verification and permission status, and aggregate search performance reporting needed to show website coverage and performance to the tenant.
Google Analytics 4
Mozart uses account, property, and web data-stream identifiers, the selected site origin and Measurement ID, and aggregate reporting metrics needed for website acquisition reporting.
Data Mozart does not access through this connector
- Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or Google Contacts.
- Patient charts, clinical records, or health-record content.
- Google Ads audience management or campaign write access.
- Raw browser event exports or bulk user-level Analytics logs.
Mozart uses this connector for aggregate website acquisition and search reporting, not for advertising, resale of Google user data, or generalized model training.
Security and revocation
OAuth grants are tenant-bound. Mozart stores the refresh token encrypted at rest, keeps access limited to the services that need it, and records security and audit receipts needed to operate the integration safely.
An authorized tenant administrator can disconnect the connector in Mozart. Access can also be revoked directly from the Google Account security settings.
Policy and legal references
Mozart's handling of Google API data for this connector is described in the Privacy Policy and governed alongside the public-site terms in the Terms of Service.
Mozart's use and transfer of Google API information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
